Technical Support for 7-Zip

Before requesting customer support for 7-Zip, please

  • If you want to report about some problem, check also latest development version of 7-Zip. It can be beta or alpha version. Maybe your problem is already fixed in some new version.

If you post a message to forum about some problem with 7-Zip, please provide the following information about your system:

  • 7-Zip version and type (32-bit / 64-bit)
  • Windows version and type (32-bit / 64-bit)

If you know about some bug in 7-Zip code, you can create new ticket in BUGs section:

Please mark the ticket as "Mark as Private", if you want to report about some possible vulnerability in 7-Zip.
